1. NFT certificate of authenticity
Every purchase of an artisanal product (Colombian hammocks, made in France, signed products) automatically generates a ZCOMMERCE NFT certificate stating:
- The product's unique serial number
- The name of the producing artisan (or brand)
- The date and country of manufacture
- The materials used
- The photo of the product before shipping
- The order hash on the blockchain (immutable)
This certificate is free, transferable, and increases the product's resale value on the second-hand market.

4. Circular economy: buy-back and resale
ZCOMMERCE integrates a system unique in Europe: you can resell your ZCOMMERCE products on our second-hand marketplace. The NFT certificate guarantees authenticity to the buyer, and the seller receives 25% of the resale price in bonus Z·Token, in addition to the sale price.

- Make your first purchase — your NFT is generated automatically
- Connect (optionally) a crypto wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) to export your NFT on the Polygon blockchain
- Track your Z·Token balance in your customer account

FAQ
Do I need a crypto wallet to take part?
No. Z·Token and NFTs are stored by default in your ZCOMMERCE account. You can export them to an external wallet if you wish (Polygon).
Is there any hidden cost?
None. No registration fees, no royalties, no gas fees for the user. ZCOMMERCE covers the NFT minting costs.
What happens to my NFT if I resell the product?
The NFT is automatically transferred to the new buyer, and the ownership history is preserved on the blockchain.
Do Z·Token expire?
No, they never expire as long as your account is active.
