Use Instruction
Please always be careful of hot steam when removing Siu Mai from steamer. For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary. Please ensure Siu Mai is cooked until piping hot.
Steam
Do not defrost. Remove Shrimp Siu Mai from pack. Fill a steamer with 1/3 water and bring water to boil. Lay out Siu Mai on a steamer rack, place in the steamer and cover with a lid. Steam for 8-9 minutes, delicious Siu Mai is ready to serve.
