The R-Go HE Break Mouse is an ergonomic vertical mouse with integrated break software. This smart mouse helps remind you when it’s time for a break. The R-Go HE Break Mouse has a vertical design, which means you’ll automatically move the mouse with your forearm rather than just your hand. This helps prevent strain-related issues, such as RSI. The HE Break mouse has a rounded shape, ensuring your hand and wrist are in a natural, relaxed position. The mouse feels comfortable in your hand and supports all your fingers. Are you left- or right-handed? We have various versions and sizes available, so the mouse fits either hand. The LED colour signals in the mouse indicate how healthily you’re working and when it’s time for a break. The mouse encourages you to take breaks regularly. These vital breaks help prevent strain, stimulate blood circulation throughout the body and keep you fit during your working day. Whilst using the mouse, the light changes colour, just like a traffic light. Green means ‘you’re doing well’, orange means it’s time for a break, and red means you’ve been working for too long. By using these subtle colour signals, you receive feedback on healthy (break) behaviour in a simple and positive way. This product works in conjunction with the R-Go Break Software, which won the Benelux Office Products Award 2021.
- The R-Go Break mouse features an LED light controlled by the R-Go Break software. This light changes colour, just like a traffic light. When the light turns green, it means you’re working in a healthy way. Orange indicates that it’s time for a short break, and red means you’ve been working for too long. This gives you positive feedback on your working habits.
- The vertical design of the R-Go HE mouse ensures that you move the mouse using your arm rather than your wrist. This takes the strain off the small muscles and tendons in your wrist and hand, helping to prevent troublesome conditions such as RSI/CANS. The mouse is deliberately lightweight, so you need to use less muscle tension to move it.
- This vertical mouse allows your hand to adopt a natural and relaxed position. The rounded design fits perfectly in your hand, providing full support. The thumb and little finger rests prevent your fingers from slipping down. This ensures even greater relaxation and comfort whilst using the mouse!
