Product description
This ultra-fine liquid eyeliner features a precision brush tip designed for creating detailed lines from thin to bold with ease.The quick-drying formula sets rapidly to reduce transfer, while the waterproof properties provide lasting wear throughout the day. How to use
1. Shake gently with the cap closed until a clicking sound is heard.
2. Hold the tip facing down briefly, then gently press the base on a tissue or the back of your hand to activate the formula.
3. Reshape the tip and apply as usual.
